University Park, IL-based McIntyre Group introduced Mackol CAS-100N, a needle form of the company’s sodium cocosulfate. Executives said the new form disperses more readily than the flake form and is easier to handle. The product can replace sodium lauryl sulfate and diethanolamine as a thickener and conditioner. It is suited for natural shampoos, body washes, toothpastes, bath salts, syndet bars and liquid hand soaps. More info: (708) 534-6200; Fax: (708) 534-6216; Website: www.mc intyregroup.com.
